1. Check-in/Checkout: - Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. - Checkout time: 11:00 a.m. - Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Noise levels: - Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - No loud music or parties allowed. 3. Guest limit: - The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to stay overnight. 4. Cleanliness: - Please keep the apartment clean and tidy as you've found it. - Dispose of waste in the local bin area located in the street. 5. Smoking: - It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. - Smoking is only permitted on the rooftop/garden. 6. Pets: - No pets are allowed in the apartment without prior approval. - If permission is granted, animals must be well-trained and kept away from furniture. 7. Respect for neighbors: - Please be considerate to your neighbors by keeping common areas clean and quiet. - Do not loiter in hallways or common areas. 8. Security: - Always lock doors and windows when you leave the apartment. - Do not share the access code or keys with anyone not staying in the apartment. - If you lose or misplace the key tag, a replacement fee of 200 dirhams will apply. 9. Utilities: - Be mindful of electricity and water consumption. - Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when not in use. 10. Damage: - Report any damage or problems immediately. - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 11. Checkout: - Upon departure, please ensure that all personal belongings are removed and that the apartment is left in good condition. - Place used towels in the bathroom and return keys to the lockbox. 12. No illegal activity: - Any illegal activity or substance is strictly prohibited. 13. We don't accept unmarried Moroccan couples in accordance with Moroccan law. - Enjoy your stay and feel at home, but please respect the space as if it were your own.
