Cleanliness: - Please keep the apartment clean and tidy as you've found it. - Dispose of waste in the local bin area located in the street. 5. Smoking: - It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. - Smoking is only permitted on the patio/garden. 6. Pets: - No pets are allowed in the apartment without prior approval. - If permission is granted, animals must be well-trained and kept away from furniture. 7. Respect for neighbors: - Please be considerate to your neighbors by keeping common areas clean and quiet. - Do not loiter in hallways or common areas. 8. Security: - Always lock doors and windows when you leave the apartment. - Do not share the access code or keys with anyone not staying in the apartment. - If you lose or misplace the key tag, a replacement fee of 200 dirhams will apply. 9. Utilities: - Be mindful of electricity and water consumption. - Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when not in use. 10. Damage: - Report any damage or problems immediately. - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 11. Checkout: - Upon departure, please ensure that all personal belongings are removed and that the apartment is left in good condition. - Place used towels in the bathroom and return keys/access cards to the designated location. 12. No illegal activity: - Any illegal activity or substance is strictly prohibited. 13. We don't accept unmarried Moroccan couples in accordance with Moroccan law. - Enjoy your stay and feel at home, but please respect the space as if it were your own. très belle appartement propre aménagé avec goût facile d'accès à 10mn a pied de la belle plage d'imi oudar et les commerces mr abdelwahed a été gentil a l'écoute et disponible de notre arrivé a notre départ je recommande vivement et j'y reviendrai bientôt

I booked this place for my birthday and my friend ended up going instead, but abdelouahed was honestly amazing. so kind, patient and helpful with everything! The place was really nice, super clean, and had such a cozy feel to it. You can tell that abdelouahed really cares about making guests comfortable. I’m really glad we chose this place would 100% recommend!😊🙏

Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Abdel pour mon séjour chez lui. Son appartement neuf, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Un accès à l’océan en quelques minutes à pied (3 minutes ), j’ai été particulièrement heureux de séjourner dans son appartement. De plus, je dois souligner les petites attentions particulières de mon hôte, dosette pour la machine à laver, Dos dosette pour le café, machine à pop-corn… Un. Appartement paisible, propre avec une parfaite localisation pour aller faire du surf et du cheval sur la plage. Je recommande tout particulièrement cet appartement et je reviendrai chez Abdel. Merci à lui et sa famille. Pour cet accueil, mon séjour était fantastique dans la région, tout particulièrement chez Abdel. Je n’ai pas hésité à prolonger quelques jours mon séjour dans son appartement . Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Bravo à mon hôte et sa famille pour le Projet qu’ils ont mis en œuvre. C’est une note de 6 étoiles ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a modern kitchen to a super-comfy bed. The location was perfect: calm, safe, with plenty of parking and just a few minutes’ walk to the beach (with direct stairs right nearby). The Wi-Fi was super fast, which made working remotely easy, and little touches like Netflix, popcorn, Uno, and even phone chargers made us feel right at home. We also loved the rooftop with its amazing sea and mountain views, a great surprise not shown in the photos. Abdel was an outstanding host. kind, responsive, and welcoming us with a thoughtful basket of local treats. For the price, it’s an absolute gem. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
