Guest limit: - The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to stay overnight. 4. Cleanliness: - Please keep the apartment clean and tidy as you've found it. - Dispose of waste in the local bin area located in the street. 5. Smoking: - It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. - Smoking is only permitted on the patio/garden. 6. Pets: - No pets are allowed in the apartment without prior approval. - If permission is granted, animals must be well-trained and kept away from furniture. 7. Respect for neighbors: - Please be considerate to your neighbors by keeping common areas clean and quiet. - Do not loiter in hallways or common areas. 8. Security: - Always lock doors and windows when you leave the apartment. - Do not share the access code or keys with anyone not staying in the apartment. - If you lose or misplace the key tag, a replacement fee of 200 dirhams will apply. 9. Utilities: - Be mindful of electricity and water consumption. - Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when not in use. 10. Damage: - Report any damage or problems immediately. - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 11. Checkout: - Upon departure, please ensure that all personal belongings are removed and that the apartment is left in good condition. - Place used towels in the bathroom and return keys/access cards to the designated location. 12. No illegal activity: - Any illegal activity or substance is strictly prohibited. 13. We don't accept unmarried Moroccan couples in accordance with Moroccan law. - Enjoy your stay and feel at home, but please respect the space as if it were your own. Everything was very clean and the place was super comfortable. I felt really at ease and safe, and the sound insulation was great no noise at all. The apartment was perfect, and the hosts were very organized and always available.

After booking last minute we had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apt. It was super modern and clean and felt like we were staying in a hotel suite! (With a washing machine!) It was like a home from home and we felt super comfortable there. The added touch of an espresso machine with coffee pods were very much appreciated! We will definitely be back. I feel like we have found a gem!

Beautiful!! new apartment, exactly like it is presented on the pictures, with every equipment you can think of, a few minutes by walk to the beach. Just perfect. The host is very kind, very forthcoming. He even helped us to safe a stray cat, which I will be forever thankful for.

Wonderful Stay! ❤️ I had an amazing time at this beautiful apartment. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay The location was perfect close to everything , yet peaceful and relaxing. The host ( abdelouahed ) was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. I truly felt at home and would love to stay here again. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and all the details were perfectly arranged. I’m already looking forward to returning on my next vacation. Highly recommended

I had a great stay at this lovely apartment!! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. It’s in a quiet safe spot with parking, you can walk to the beach and a short drive from all the famous Taghazout surf spots. The Wi-Fi was super fast and the desk space made working from home easy. Also the rooftop views were amazing where you could see the beach but also the beautiful mountains. Abdel was very responsive, and gave clear checkin instructions. He even welcomed us with a small basket of goodies. I highly recommend this place and would 100% come back again.
